We are looking for a freelance copywriter to a new graphic design website due to be launched in March 10. The site is aimed towards the UKs under/postgraduate graphic design population and aims to be a valuable resource for students looking for subject related information via news reviews events interviews jobs and IT. We need people with a understanding of students to write features and news articles for us. A good knowledge of graphic design would be desirable. We also need a copywriter who feels comfortable giving interviews. Copywriters will also be required to have a digital camera and vocal recorder (Dictaphone). A full induction briefing will be given to prepare the most inexperienced writers to cover the subject matter. Were not able to pay at present but this may be something that will change once we have regular contributors. However all expenses will be paid. This will be a great way of writing on a national platform and extending your portfolio. Theres no commitment necessary so its possible just to write an article or two to try it out.
