Publishing Support Worker

PixelMags require a Publishing Support Worker to provide technical support and assist in the delivery of media to iPhones and other mobile devices. The role will provide on-demand technical help and support to users of PixelMags applications resolving primarily registration and purchasing issues. The post holder will also contribute to the range of technical resources and documentation available. Whilst the role is focused towards end-users of mobile applications support and assistance is also provided to magazine publishers.
The candidate must have a strong understanding of the iPhone and its software with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The candidate will be extremely organised and methodical with consistently high standards and a commitment to deliver the best support experience. The post holder will need strong technical skills in database administration with experience using Macintosh computers and business applications such as Apples iWork. The candidate will posses an upbeat and motivated personality and strong problem solving skills to diagnose and logically resolve customer problems. The position would suit a school or college leaver with a computing or technology focus.
