We are building an Enterprise app for a major UK company and need someone to work in tandem with our existing app developer who is building app UI layer and presentation logic.
Your task is to to build a back-end data services module to communicate with a bespoke CMS system via secure PHP webservices. The module needs to:
- Handle the periodic retrieval of data from the server in XML format.
- Save it in the relevant places within the app config for use by the UI .
- Handle the expiry of data based on expiry dates passed in the XML stream from the server.
- Include API hooks for the UI layer to invoke on demand.
- Allow for upstream transfer of data to the server this could include binary image data.
Contract is for 10 days max @ 200 per day.
Successful applicant will have published app examples and sample code available. Ideally live in the London area though not essential. Can work from home as long as progress reports supplied at the end of each day.
