I am currently setting up a non profit organisation concerned with the recycling of redundant electronic equipment with the aim of helping poor communities in Africa. Organisations currently doing similar work include the following:

I am looking for someone who could design a similar type of website but one that will excel and stand out from the above. There will need to be some CMS within the site as it must have an easily updatable news section etc. In addition to designing the site I would require a logo and visual layout of a promotional leaflet designed. I have written all the wording content for the projects so it is just a matter of you designing the layout etc.
You will be paid in stages for your work where the first payment will be released for the creation of an acceptable logo.
As we are a non profit organisation we are looking for someone to do this for as low a budget as possible.
