You can do..
HTML / CSS
You need to be proficient at turning Photoshop designs into functioning web pages using XHTML (or HTML 5) and CSS cross browser testing accessibility and things like that. You know who Jeffery Zeldman is.

A 12 month paid internship with a view to a full-time job at the end of your placement for the right candidate.
Note: If for any reason you DONT want a full time job after 12 months thats fine too so dont let that put you off applying.
Salary..
Will vary depending on the candidate.
Its an Internship so well be honest the pay will be low but you will be paid above minimum wage at the least.
If we decide to keep you on after 12 months you could expect to be on a salary of 16-20k in the first year rising after that.
